At We Are Knitters, we want you to love your DIY projects, so we offer a 14-day return period for unused kits and skeins in their original packaging. Please ensure all yarn remains in its original ball band to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items, including all needles, patterns, and yarn, into the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
